Use of Service

By using Ridoway Pixel or ChatGPT Pixel Helper, you agree to:

• Use the software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use the software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of OpenAI's terms of service.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or abuse the software beyond its intended functionality.

Third-Party Services

The plugin interacts with OpenAI Ads, a service provided by OpenAI. Your use of OpenAI Ads is subject to OpenAI's own terms of service and privacy policy. Ridoway is not affiliated with OpenAI and provides no warranty regarding OpenAI's services.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ridoway be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the software, (ii) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, or (iii) any other matter relating to the software.
