Which countries currently have ChatGPT Ads Manager?
As of August 24, 2026, OpenAI lists self-serve availability in Australia, Canada, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, United Kingdom and United States — plus 31 newly announced European countries including Germany, France, Spain, and Italy. Availability can change as the beta expands.
What business categories are eligible?
OpenAI says the early program focuses on consumer and household goods, local services, travel and entertainment, and digital products and education. Financial, healthcare and legal advertisers may receive case-by-case approval. Several sensitive and regulated categories remain disallowed.
What is the minimum ChatGPT ads budget?
OpenAI’s campaign documentation currently states a $25 minimum daily spend per campaign. Meeting that minimum does not guarantee delivery or account approval.
