WooCommerce Setup

Track e-commerce conversions — purchases, cart events, checkout, and line-item data.

What gets tracked

  • items_added — when a product is added to cart
  • checkout_started — when the checkout page loads
  • order_created — on the thank-you page after purchase

Setup

  1. Go to Settings → Ridoway Pixel.
  2. Toggle WooCommerce to ON.
  3. Save changes.

That's it. The plugin hooks into WooCommerce's order and cart flows automatically.

Data sent to OpenAI

Each event includes: event name, event ID (for deduplication), currency, value, and line-item details (product name, quantity, price). No customer PII is transmitted.
